About Jennifer

Jennifer walks a heart-centered path of healing, blending intuition with experience, and clinical knowledge. She is a Certified Consulting Hypnotist (CH) since 2017, Reiki Master, and Law of Attraction Coach, and has explored a variety of gentle, holistic modalities including Therapeutic Touch, Quantum Touch, Emotion Code, and flower essence healing. She is also the creator of Energy Blessings Elixirs, offering vibrational flower and gem essences to support emotional and energetic balance.

Nurse Psychotherapy

As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) since 2005, with many years devoted to mental health, Jennifer brings both clinical wisdom and compassionate presence to her work. As a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist, she weaves together evidence-based approaches like CBT and Motivational Interviewing with intuitive, somatic, and trauma-informed care.

She offers counselling, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy as a safe and nurturing space for healing, helping you reconnect with your inner strength, release old patterns, and come back into alignment with your true self.

This includes: Goal-focused, stand-alone hypnosis sessions, or psychotherapy and counselling appointments that can include hypnotherapy. Due to the different nature of these offered sessions, the screening and intake are different.

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy services are offered as complementary approaches to support relaxation, personal development, and positive behavioral change.

I am a Registered Practical Nurse authorized to perform psychotherapy in Ontario under the Regulated Health Professions Act and Psychotherapy Act and a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist. I am also a Certified Consulting Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists.

Psychotherapy services, when provided, fall within my scope of practice as a regulated health professional. Hypnosis may be integrated into psychotherapy where appropriate; however, standalone hypnosis services may also be provided for non-clinical concerns such as stress management, habit change, and personal growth.

Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical care. I do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment outside the scope of nursing and psychotherapy practice. For any physical health concerns, you are advised to consult with a qualified medical professional.

Results from hypnosis and psychotherapy vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your individual circumstances, readiness, and active participation.

By engaging in hypnosis or psychotherapy services, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own well-being and outcomes.

Clients will be informed whether services are being provided as regulated psychotherapy or as non-clinical hypnosis for self-improvement, as shown in the two appointment streams.
